Become a Bonafide Grillmaster
To create interest for Fox's latest animated comedic series – Bob's Burger we created a Custom Game featured in a Homepage Overlay Takeover on CraveOnline.com. We allowed the User to become part of Bob's quirky Family and help in securing the success of the "grand re-re-re-opening" of their beloved restaurant.

Bob's Burger. The site was transformed into the family owned burger joint with the mom and pop interior featured in the sites reskin.
As the gameplay commenced the user began work right away as they stepped into the kitchen and were asked to start cooking.
GAMEPLAY
The user initiated the Game by rolling over the 300x250 ad unit which then spawned an overlay that sat atop the website's main content area.
The user was asked to assist Bob to serve 3 burgers and once completed the user was congratulated with a sneak peak into the Series with a Exclusive Video Clip.
To make the game more challenging we created obstacles such as introduction of “non-burger” items (Milk Shake and Pie) into the viewer's line of site to distract the user's attention from the burger as well as the sliding motion to confuse the user's aim.
If the user by chance squirt ketchup on a “non-burger” item it was counted against them as indicated by the “Grill-o-Meter” Once a user successfully topped of a burger it not only was indicated in the rise of temperature in the “Grill-o-meter” as well as a visual and audio cue of a bell ring – typically heard in most mom and pop diners or the order being ready or completed.
Due to the limited assets and fast turnaround we illustrated the majority of the elements that were used to create the interface of the game such and the environment such as the prep table, Grill-o-meter and non-burger food items.
