Informing Publishers of Profit and Progress
It's summer - one of the most busiest times of the year - and I was tasked to aid our Development Team in overhauling the user interface of Evolve Media's PubOps website - a proprietary platform that aids publishers from their different verticals - CraveOnline, TotallyHer and SpringBoard to track, forecast and determine the profitability of rich media, programmatic and native advertising campaigns on their website(s).

Style Tiles: informed evolution of the visual brand for online use
With so many cooks in the kitchens, a stringent deadline and four different brands to consider a style tile was required in order to provide a clear and concise overview of the aesthetic of the interface. This also allowed for more efficient feedback/approvals from key stakeholders and a smooth transition to the lead developer who was based out in Serbia.
Working closely with the developer he referred me to GitHub to get a top-level view of what elements that needed to be designed, defined and provided prior to commencing the build-out of the website.
Lo-fidelity Wireframes to layout the foundation of what is to come
The following wireframes were based on data provided by the product lead in powerpoint deck of the required content and elements for each stage and scenario a publisher would take accessing the site.
In the reports tab there were approximately 4 different reports a publisher could view, download & print.
High-fidelity Mocks showing how to apply the tiles to the grout
The following are high-fidelity mocks that illustrate the final style tiles applied to the final approved wireframes which were then handed off to the developer and used as guidance throughout the build-out process. In the animated gifs below illustrate how each screen would appear to the user depending on what vertical they were assigned to.
Initial fields the user would have to fill-out/edit.
